Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Improva Labs ApS (CVR 46606558), Denmark (“we”, “us”), for your use of Runsei. By using Runsei you agree to them.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 to use Runsei. Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in may use email, Google or Apple.

Early access

Runsei is in early access and provided “as is”. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may occasionally be reset while we build. We’ll act in good faith to give you a stable, improving product.

Runsei is not medical advice

Runsei is a training tool, not a medical service. Its plans and coaching are for general fitness purposes and are not medical advice. Running carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a health condition or injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body and stopping when you need to.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse- engineer it, and no use that infringes others’ rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide (messages, notes, uploads, training data). You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process, and use it to provide coaching and features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

If you connect Strava, Google, Apple, or a watch platform, your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is your choice.

Our intellectual property

Runsei, its name, design, and software are owned by Improva Labs ApS. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our brand or software beyond using the app as intended.

Termination

You can stop using Runsei and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections you’re entitled to.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and flag material changes in the app.
