Why Runsei asks which session a run was

Runsei links each run to the planned session it was meant to be, and it does that on its own whenever it is clear. When it is not, the post-run check-in asks one question: Was this …? with the session's name You answer with one tap: Yes, that one, A different session (you pick from the list), or None of these (the run stays a run outside your plan).

It asks only when the link is genuinely open: the run is not linked yet and a session could plausibly be it, or two sessions fell on the same day and Runsei picked one by itself. It does not ask about a link you or your coach made, and it does not ask again once you have answered.

Why it matters. A session that was run but never linked would look as if it had not happened. Until you answer, that session is simply not asked about yet, never missed; your answer is what links the run to it.
