Weekly kilometres charts
The weekly kilometres chart (on Insights, and in the charts your coach draws) uses one rule everywhere, so the two never disagree.
A week where you ran is drawn as the kilometres you actually ran. Your plan's number for that week appears as a marker only if the plan asked for kilometres that week; a plan written in minutes or by feel gets no marker rather than an invented one.
A week with no run is a zero only when it really was one: a week of your plan in which nothing was run, or a week off between two weeks of running. Weeks before your first run or after your last, where there is no plan either, are simply not drawn. An empty space there means nothing was recorded, not that you ran 0 km.
Strength, mobility and cross-training are not added to these kilometres.
