How your plan is built and adjusted
Your plan is built around your goal — a race, a distance, or just getting fitter — and your real paces and heart rate, not a generic template. You can have Runsei generate a plan, or import one you already have (a photo or PDF works).
The coach adapts the plan as life happens. When it proposes a change, you see it and approve it — nothing to your plan changes without your say-so, and changes are traceable and reversible.
Changing your goal. Ask your coach — "can we review my goal?" — or tap Review my goal under Profile → Goals & races. You'll get an honest, data-grounded read on whether it's still the right target *before* anything changes: what your current paces support, what's a stretch, and what would have to be true to beat it. If you then want a different target, the coach updates it for you and tells you what it means for your sessions' paces. Your plan itself isn't rebuilt — the goal changes, the training block stays.
Managing your plan. Under Your plan → ⋯ → Manage plan you can rename it, deactivate it (your progress is kept and you can reactivate any time), start a new one, or reactivate an earlier plan. Nothing is ever deleted.
