Moving a session to another day
Open a planned session's menu and choose Move to another day. Tap the day it should land on (Today and Tomorrow are at the top, the rest of the strip is below) and then Move. The session itself does not change, only its day. Undo puts it back.
Which days. From today to the end of the third week shown in the strip. A day further ahead than that is not offered.
What it tells you first. If the day you pick already holds a session of the same kind, the two swap days. A strength session can share a day with a run and simply joins it. If the move would leave a week with no rest day, put two hard days side by side or lift a week well above your usual, you see one plain note saying so before you confirm, and you can still go ahead or ask the coach about it. It only warns about what this move would cause, not about things that were already so.
Sessions that have passed. A strength, mobility or cross-training session dated before today can still be moved forward, to today or later. A run dated before today cannot be moved: a missed run stays missed, and the coach handles it through the normal "life happens" conversation (you can just tell it what happened). A session that is already done, or already matched to a run you did, stays on the day you did it.
Moving a session is your own change, made with a tap; nothing waits for approval. Your coach can also move sessions when you ask, as a card you accept.
