Your data, privacy, and exporting it

Your data is yours. By default it's stored in the EU, and AI processing runs under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses and is never used to train the providers' models. EU residents can turn on an EU-only mode that keeps AI in-region. You can download everything Runsei holds for you as a single file under Profile → Data & privacy → Export my data, and the privacy policy and terms are linked from the same place. Your coaching chats can mention your health and life — Runsei treats them as private.
