Connecting Polar

Polar connects to Runsei directly when it is open for your account: Profile → Data hub → Polar → Connect. Polar's own sign-in opens.

What should arrive. After a run syncs to Polar Flow: distance, time, heart rate, and the laps and route when Polar shares them. Also sleep and Nightly Recharge. This is new: no Polar run has come through yet, so treat it as expected, not confirmed.

What does not happen. Runsei cannot send a planned session to a Polar watch (Polar does not allow it); use Download workout (.fit). Your coach does not read Polar data yet.

Disconnect. Runsei removes itself from your Polar account and deletes the Polar runs and recovery it imported.
