Connecting Health Connect (Android)

Health Connect is switched on from the Runsei app on your Android phone (Profile → Connections → Health Connect); Android asks which data to share.

What arrives. Runs with distance, time and average heart rate, plus sleep, resting heart rate and weight. A map and laps arrive only when the app that recorded the run saves them to Health Connect; Runsei for Wear OS does, and Samsung Health usually does not. A pace chart is not read from Health Connect yet. HRV arrives only if your watch writes it there.

How far back. Android gives Runsei about the last 30 days when you connect, not a year.

Strava. A connected Strava can supply the map and laps your phone did not.
