Updating the phone app

Most fixes arrive by themselves the next time you open the app, with nothing to install. Some changes need a newer build, and on the phone Runsei then shows an A newer Runsei is out card on Today, and an Update available row in Profile, with a button that opens TestFlight (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). In TestFlight tap Update next to Runsei; if Google Play does not show it yet, try again the next day. The web app is always current.
